Is anyone aware of an owners website for the holiday residences at Bezier on the Canal du Midi. Rgds Kevin? (Answers: 2) (Comments: 0)
This is a site around 18 months old comprising approx 230 homes for rent close to Bezier in SW France. It is managed by a French company called Odalys and property is owned primarily by English, Scandinavian, German & some French people. I would like to hear form anyone who has a property there and is able to share their experiences of 'managing' their unit from a distance and of their relationship with the managing agents, tax collection company, the co-proprietor company and their recent notification of annual charges and the speed at which EDF will disconnect your electricity supply if you do not pay their bill on time.
