Show me another »Buy a houseboat using your VA benefit?
I was just wondering if anyone has ever used the VA loan benefit to purchase a houseboat. I'm looking at a Coastal Cruiser and was curious if I would be able to do that. Thanks

No, the VA loan cannot be used for a boat house. It can only be used for residential property.
