What is the fastest boat to go up and down the east coast?

What is the fastest boat that would go about 60 knots and people can live on it?The price range should also be to only $50,000.If there is not a boat that can do this at that price range what would be the best boat to go up and down the east coast of the USA at around the maximum of $50,000 and be pretty quick.
